What You’ll Do:
As one of the most important members of our clinical team, you’ll help patients achieve healthier smiles through education, prevention, and exceptional clinical care.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive dental hygiene assessments.
- Educating patients about oral health and preventive care.
- Providing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing.
- Identifying, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease.
- Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
- Maintaining accurate clinical and periodontal charting.
- Communicating treatment recommendations with patients and doctors.
- Following infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Collaborating with our doctors and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications:
- Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensee.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proficient in prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planing.
- Comfortable with periodontal charting and treatment documentation
- Experience using Cavitron technology
- Knowledge of current infection control and sterilization standards

Sign-On Bonus Details
Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment. Team members receiving the bonus agree to remain employed at our Riverside location for 12 months. If employment ends before the 12-month commitment is completed, the sign-on bonus will be deducted from the final paycheck as permitted by law.
