Our Dental office located in Georgetown/Round Rock is looking for an experienced insurance coordinator/front desk. We offer competitive pay, comfortable working hours, bonus potential and a fun, fast paced environment. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Job duties will include but not limited to:

- Verifying insurance for all patients.
- Confidently presenting treatment and gaining case acceptance.
- Adding correct breakdown in to Dentrix.
- Send all claims at the end of the day.
- Add insurance payments to the correct ledgers.
- Add adjustments as needed.
- Contact and contest any unpaid claims.
- Bilingual preferred.
